Yet another company roadmap has been leaked, this time it’s Samsung. It has been confirmed from the leaked company roadmap that Samsung is planning to launch an improvised and Android 4.0 ICS version of their Samsung Galaxy Pocket. The Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus price in India will be nearly similar to the original Samsung Galaxy Pocket. This phone runs on an 850 MHz single core ARM Cortex A9 based processor from Broadcom. It has 512 MB of RAM and 4 GB of internal storage which can be expanded for up to 32 GB using an in-built micro SD card slot.
It has a 2.8 inch capacitive multitouch screen with a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels. This phone will come pre-loaded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich but its upgradability to Android JellyBean is questionable. It has a bare bones 2 MP camera with LED flash and video recording abilities. On the connectivity front, it has 3G, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, A-GPS, Micro USB port and 3.5 mm audio jack. It has a 1200 mAh battery which may not last trough a day though.
